Synopsis
After losing their parents when they were toddlers, twins Sam and Matt form a unique brotherly connection to survive their childhood in an abusive foster home. As adults this special bond is threatened when Matt becomes enamored with a neighborhood girl, leaving Sam behind for the first time in his life.
