Synopsis
In the utopian village of "Red Star" there is a commotion: elections are coming for the candidates for the head of the settlement. The odious Stepan Stepanych (acting head) calls a meeting to keep his post. After long negotiations, Stepan Stepanovich and his retinue come to a verdict: a technical candidate is needed.
