Synopsis
ACP Aravindh (Vidaarth), an honest and sincere police officer, has the unenviable task of capturing a strange person, whom the cops believe is a pscho. With a hood over his head and a shovel in hand, this individual with a pronounced limp, goes around town, thumping anyone he comes across. Does Aravindh succeed in capturing this person?
