Synopsis
One night, the arrested Communist Party cadre Wang Guochi defected and provided information about the county party committee's meeting at Brick and Tile Kiln at 4am. Upon hearing this, the director of the fake police station, Luo Baiqian (Yang Dezhi), urgently discussed with his subordinates, Captain Wang (Li Lanfa), and Inspector Zhao.
