Brumlass
Lucky enough to have bought tickets to the screening of this film in Brum back in September. My son (15) loves everything science fiction and as the tickets were cheap we thought we’d go watch! To say it surpassed our expectations is an understatement. I was encapsulated from start to finish, and my mind constantly whirring at what had happened to the young girl who had disappeared. The soundtrack adds so much intensity to the scenes, that I was often left with goosebumps. The acting is incredible across the board. The leads Ryan and Emily are completely believable as a couple going through the unimaginable, the young actor who plays the missing child is definitely one I hope to see more of in the future, as she was remarkable and she perfectly portrayed the character in each scene (can’t say too much about this as otherwise I’d need to put a spoiler warning.) The fx I found excellent and even my sci-fi loving son was totally impressed- he rarely is so that’s a phenomenal achievement. Now I need to know… where and when can I watch again?!
