Synopsis
The story of the Veracruz harbor labor union, of the mafias and the corruption of the old times. Some committed suicide, others continue to protest at the main plaza of the city of Veracruz . They want their empire back. Some sit and hope, others reminisce, but history has been written and now for many it is just a matter of waiting to win the battle or to die.
