Andy Needle

Biography

Andy Needle is a writer and freelance editor. He has been writing comedy since 2008, and has written Dick Biscuit: Private Eye, about a detective that solves crimes with his partner, who also happens to be his own brain, with shows at Edinburgh Fringe and Latitude festival, and a script developed for the BBC. In 2015 he wrote and starred in The Art Of Foley, a comedy mini series about two struggling Foley artists, that was shown on Channel 4. He has written and animated mini series and pieces for ALL 4, BBC3 and Channel 4’s #MASHED. He has also written for the stage with The Billion View Club, an interactive musical experience that runs later this year. He is currently developing a new comedy series with Channel 4. He is represented by PBJ Management.
