Biography
Christian Wallace is a writer from West Texas. He co-created Paramount+'s 'Landman' with Taylor Sheridan. Wallace is also an executive producer of the series. 'Landman' is based on the 2019 documentary podcast series, 'Boomtown,' which Wallace reported, wrote, and hosted. In addition to writing for the screen, Wallace works as a journalist specializing in longform narratives. As a staff writer at Texas Monthly magazine, he wrote cover stories exploring Texas - from honky-tonks and the West Texas oil patch to profiles of history-making Texans, such as barrier-breaking bullrider Myrtis Dightman. Wallace's stories have been nominated for three National Magazine Awards and have been optioned by Appian Way, Playtone, and Paramount.
