Illya Buang bin Shaharum was born on the 15th November 1967 at Ulu Kinta, Perak. Illya, who is more known as Pak Ya is an actor and comedian, who were discovered form the reality show "Sinaran Pasport Kegemilangan" in 1995. During the time, he was part of the "Serba Salah" group which also included Wahid and Hamdan, both of whom would also join him in Senario.
