Biography

Jeff Palmer was born on March 27, 1975 in Los Angeles, California, USA as David Zuloaga. He is a director, adult performer and model, known for October Moon 2: November Son (2008). The former Falcon exclusive, Jeff Palmer has a long, thick, 9-inch uncut cock and a controversial reputation. He was born under the sign of Aries in Los Angeles in March 1975 but moved with his family to Argentina as a young boy. At Falcon he was a determined top before retiring from the biz.
