Joaquim Jordà i Català ( Santa Coloma de Farners , August 9 , 1935 - Barcelona , ​​June 8 , 2006 ) was a Catalan film director , screenwriter and translator . He belongs to the School of Barcelona where he stands out for his film Dante is not only severe (1967) directed together with Jacinto Esteva .
