Moto4 (基4%, Motoyon, born April 28) is an illustrator and original artist of KeroQ and Makura (枕). He founded KeroQ together with SCA-ji (SCA-自) and Captain Ninomii (にのみー隊長). Additionally, illustrator Harukaze Minamimukai and SCA-ji were his seniors at university.
