Sophia Dall'Aglio (born c. 2000) is a French-English actress known best for the role of Martha on So Awkward (2015-2020). Though her surname is of Italian origin, she was born to French parents and raised in Cambridge, UK, speaking both French and English at home. Starting her acting education in Stagecoach at 11 years old, she performed in local theatres in productions such as Oliver! and A Christmas Carol, as well as within her drama group. After starring in CBBC's multiple award-winning series So Awkward for 6 years, Sophia decided to attend University in Birmingham, UK, where she received a first-class degree in Art Business.
