Synopsis
The time is the 1980s . Japan 's organized violence achieved national unification through numerous fierce conflicts, collusion with the political and business world, and collusion with overseas mafia , forming a huge organization " Japan Mafia ". The whole of Japan has become a lawless zone dominated by crime and violence.
