In the dream his brother is dead. To everyone's surprise Ankit is actually found dead with the same axe Palash talked about. However evidence leads to Terrance Gomes, a CA who was a shareholder in Ankit’s company. Terrance tells KD he didn't kill Ankit. KD finds out that one of the coffins was that of Sam Mendes, Terrance’s Godfather. Both had died in a car crash. Further investigation brings into light the fact that Ankit had accidentally killed them but kept it a secret all along. Vaidik gets accused of his father’s death who fell from the terrace. Vaidik tells KD he didn't do it. It was shot from the opposite terrace where two girls were recording themselves but in the background we clearly see Vaidik pushing his father from the terrace. KD is taken aback. All of a sudden Vaidik accepts he killed his father but claims that a mystical voice commanded him to do so. The two stories connect and before you know it, the cops feel this Amnesiac Man who has a signature beginning with K, is the only link/witness to the murder of the art dealer.
