Company founder Stelios Haji-Iannou visits the team to celebrate easyJet's 10th anniversary and party animal Bob Brain is determined not to miss the lavish London bash, despite putting in a full day's flying first. Luton manager Leo Jones rubs shoulders with the stars at a West End premiere.

15 September 2006 - Episode 2

A passenger in Belfast who has already missed two flights looks set to suffer the same fate again when the pilot hears he has been drinking. An unexploded Second World War bomb at Schiphol airport delays flights to Amsterdam, and Luton manager Leo Jones takes his partner on the terminal floor for some Cossack dancing.

Leo Jones deals with an irate woman who is not allowed to take a box of Christmas crackers on board her flight home, and a pregnant traveller from Switzerland demands a new pushchair as her own has been broken in transit. There is a ray of seasonal cheer at Newcastle as Alan Marshall jets off to Portugal with 20 friends to celebrate his 40th birthday.

A Second World War veteran revisits his best friend's memorial at Monte Cassino, taking along the deceased's son, while a woman and her daughter miss the check-in time for a flight to Belfast. A passenger plans a mid-air proposal and tempers flare at Bristol when travellers rerouted by an air traffic control strike have to buy new tickets to get home.

Things become heated when a woman and her daughter arrive five minutes late for check-in at Luton. Passengers on a flight to Newcastle have to find their own way home from Bristol after an air traffic strike causes a diversion, and a man plans an in-flight proposal to his girlfriend.

An easyJet frequent flyer is late for the last scheduled departure of the day to Malaga, and it is left to supervisor Helen Tyrell to demonstrate just how valued a customer he is. Meanwhile, airport manager Leo Jones has to deal with a Polish passenger who is too drunk to board his flight.

At Luton Airport, a woman planning to fly to Madrid to see her mother after an operation becomes irate after she is told check-in closed while she was queueing. Things then take a further turn for the worse when she discovers that the next flight leaves from Gatwick.

Passenger Gillian Waddell arrives at Luton Airport without her passport and is desperate to get to Edinburgh to pick up her children. Captain Chris Pell and wife Debbie greet youngsters from Belarus who have come to stay with them for a month, and at Bristol Airport, student Peter Loveday and his friends need to find a way of padding their bicycles for the flight to Inverness.

24 November 2006 - Episode 10

Pilot Chris Pell takes five Belarussian orphans, who have never seen the sea, to watch dolphins in Inverness. Newcastle United fans see their heroes jet off to Malaga for a mid-season break, and a Polish passenger insists he is sober enough to fly, but supervisor Mary Hosier disagrees.
