Pet insurers refuse to roll over as a dog owner attempts to push through a claim where none of the facts check out, and in the USA an undercover police operation catches out a husband who would stop at nothing to get what he wanted, even if it meant committing the ultimate evil.

Time is called on a claim for a stolen watch after information contained in a digital photo supplied to back up the claim reveals it was taken two weeks after it was allegedly stolen.
