29 September 2002 - When Doves Cry (1)
When Degrassi expands their school by merging with a neighbouring high school, accepting Grade 9-12 students, the school faces budget problems. The kids must share lockers, and use limited supplies. Joey Jeremiah's troubled stepson, Craig, begins to spy on him and his daughter, Angela, taking photos of ""The Perfect Family"", which includes, Joey, Angela, and himself. At school, he gets reacquainted with Emma - who babysits Angela, and becomes best friends with Sean. Toby creates a new ""Isaacs System"", which determines what chance you have with getting a date with a woman. J.T. decides to go for older women, and chooses Paige to be his date, as a challenge. Things started getting rough when Joey notices Craig spying on his daughter. Paige accepts money to go on a date with J.T. Joey calls Craig's father and tells him that Craig has been hanging around Angela, which upsets Craig's father. 29 September 2002 - When Doves Cry (2)
The second part of the season premiere, with great performances by new main stars and guest stars. When Craig got home, he discovers that his father has been rumaging through his dark room, viewing all the photos that he has taken of Joey and Angela. This led to his father beating him, resulting in the destruction of Craig's camera. The next day, Craig's father apologizes and offers Craig a few thousand dollars for a new digital camera. Later, Craig takes Angela off of Emma's hands to the park, but Craig surprisingly asks Angela to go to British Columbia with him, with the money that his father gave him for a camera. Joey finds out about this, and is angered, finally telling him to stay away from his daughter. When Craig arrived home, his father receives the news earlier in the day, and chases after Craig, ready to beat him. 06 October 2002 - Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
Emma can't believe her ears when her Mom tells her she's dating Mr. Simpson her teacher and things get really bad when she can't handle that her mom is with Snake 24/7 and decides with Manny and the help of Craig to crash the seniors dance. Also Spinner and Jimmy are competing to get tickets and in the process sabotage each other.

Ashley wants her friends back all of them even Terri is a bit different and she's willing to do anything so everyone can forget about last years party, but karma has its way and Ashley finds herself with no friends at all. Meanwhile Toby takes a liking to Spin's sister Kendra.

Emma feels uneasy when Mr. Simpson offers help on her science project at the school's science fair and Manny mistakenly lets the entire school know that Emma's mom is dating Mr. Simpson. Also Spinner adapts to his new role as a ladies' man, and gets Jimmy upset when he flirts with the girl he likes.

Paige Terri and Ashley reunite in Degrassi's hottest band. Ashley is noticing a diffrent Paige like something is wrong with paige and tries to see what's going on. Snake and Spike are only two days away from the wedding. Emma styles her hair, only for it to turn out worse than she thought. Spike and Snake have an argument about having a baby in which Snake reveals that he's not ready for a child. Spike later finds out that she is pregnant...and plans to have an abortion. Snake has a bachelor party in which Joey invited a stripper. Emma catches J.T. and Toby spying on ""Fancy"" outside Joey's window on her way to tell Snake about the baby. Spike finds out that Emma told Snake, and they end up having a long discussion that makes them late for the wedding. The wedding goes on, and so does the reception afterward. Emma makes up with Sean and they kiss in the end.

Just as things seem to be going good with Ellie & Marco, Marco questions his own sexuality. He tries to stay with Ellie to hide who he might really be, but Ellie puts the pieces to the puzzle together and finds out his secret. She promises not to tell and invites Marco to a Gay/Lesbion group at a local church, but he tells her he's not ready for that kind of thing yet. Meanwhile, Toby is all over Kendra. It seems to sort of be a Craig-Manny relationship. Toby is always having a good time, but Kendra needs he time & space. When Toby redecorates Kendra's locker Manny tells him it's not worth the trouble and she'll feel ""suffocated"". Then Toby lays off Kendra. Finally, Kendra gives Toby a kiss, and everything is as good as new

JT the class clown gets in trouble and spends the week afterschool with the hot science teacher Ms. Haztilakos but along the way he finds that she is a person not just a hot teacher and he earns her respect. Jimmy and Spinner are starting to tell the truth forever and end up with unexpected results.

Emma and Sean are back together. Emma invites Sean to come to dinner at her house with Mrs. Nelson and Mr. Simpson and Emma. Sean arrives drunk and gets kicked out. Emma cheers him up and assures him she still has faith in him. Emma's parents forgive him.

19 January 2003 - Dressed In Black
Jimmy invited Ashley to come to his party in ""Message in a bottle"" and she didn't know why. Now they become friends again but decide that they grew to far apart for anything else. Ashley considers changing the new gothic her to get back with Jimmy but decides its not worth it if she can't be herself. Mean while JT and Toby learn about condoms in sex ed class and JT convinces toby that they should be prepared and stock up on them. Spinner finds the condoms in Toby's locker and tells kendra. Neither of them trust toby anymore.

Liberty can't believe that she didn't make the Girls's hockey team. So, when the coach asks her to be the team manager, Liberty puts all her energy into it. She ends up challenging the boy's basketball team to a game to get new uniforms sponsored by Jeremiah Motors. During the game Liberty becomes too much for the team so they quit. Liberty has to find a way to get the girls back into team spirit. After reading Paige's palm, Terri is freaked out. Paige has no lifeline! Her days are numbered! Paige and Hazel discover Terri has made a mistake, but they decided to have some fun with her.

02 February 2003 - Fight For Your Right
Emma has been protesting GM(Genetically-Modified) foods for a long time, and she decides to take it to Mr. Raditch. When he tells her that the school can't afford it, and that they haven't been proven to be harmful, she decides to inform the students anyway. When Mr. Raditch finds out, he shuts down her informities. When Emma sees a documentary on the cafeteria, she tells the students to boycott the caf, but it ends up in a food fight, suspending Emma for the rest of the day. When she is interviewed for the Grapevine, she keeps going with her protests. Mr. Raditch gives her an ultimatum: Either apologize or be suspended for a week. She decides to keep going anyway. Spinner has his eye on a new designer shirt, but it costs too much for him. It's not enough that Jimmy is getting $1000 worth of stuff for a ''belated birthday present.'' When Spinner sees Jimmy's MP3 player, he decides to pawn it, ending their friendship.

09 February 2003 - How Soon Is Now?
Paige has been seeing a guidance counselor for six months and has finally stopped blaming herself for the rape. But she soon learns that Dean is returning with Bardell for a basketball game. Paige decides not to show up to cheer for the game. JT comes outside and asks her what is wrong and she tells him what happened. JT goes back inside and pushes Dean around trying to beat him up. Dean is suspended from the game and JT is sent to the principal's office. Soon Paige tells Spinner what happened and he follows Dean outside and pushes him against the school bus but Dean walk to the bus. Paige tells him straight out that she is coming after him: for real.

16 February 2003 - Tears Are Not Enough (1)
Final year exams are coming up and Craig is having trouble with science. The year-end dance doesn't seem to have much affect on him, since he knows he wants to ask Ashley (she does say yes). But there's one problem: his dad wants to tutor him, and hang out more often. Craig agrees to visit him at home for tutoring, and have dinner with him. But things at Joey's start to get harder, and Craig's dad wants him to move back home. Craig's dad convinces Craig that he has taken counciling and he can control his anger now. But then Craig's dad hits him again.

23 February 2003 - Tears Are Not Enough (2)
After Craig's dad storms off, he gets in a serious car accident and dies. Craig feels a huge relief with his dad's death and the end of the school year. Everyone thinks he should care a little more about his father's death. Paige, Spinner, Hazel, and Jimmy are competing for Luau King and Queen. Craig enters him and Ashley into the competition.
