20 December 2023 - Chippenham

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are in Chippenham to help Tim and Sonia decide whether to sell or renovate their home. Eight years ago, the couple moved into Tim's childhood home to take care of his elderly mother, now she has passed away Tim and daughter Ella are ready to move on to a fresh start in a new home but Sonia thinks with a little work they can start their new chapter without having to move

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit Swansea to help Sarah and Caradog, who moved into their four-bedroom home shortly before their third child was born in 2008 and have been struggling for space ever since, with only one bathroom, a cramped kitchen and an office squeezed into the box room. Sarah is ready to list it. But Caradog is determined to love it and is convinced this home can work with Kirstie's magic touch.

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help Ruth and Ken from Caterham, Surrey settle their debate over their three-storey town house. Since their children have flown the nest, the home isn't right for them anymore and Ruth is ready to sell but avid DIYer Ken wants to stay and thinks with some touch ups their home could still be the place for them.

10 January 2024 - Maidenhead

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit Nilesh and Raakhee in Maidenhead to help them decide whether to love and renovate their home or list it for sale. The couple moved into their four-bedroom house two years ago but since their child was born a year ago, the small shut-off kitchen has become a big issue and Nilesh would like to be closer to family in Leicestershire but Raakhee believes that with a bit of love, care and fixing-up it could be their forever home.

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer head to Warwickshire to help Gill and John, a couple who can't agree what to do with their inherited two-bedroom home. With two growing children, John can't see this house ever working and hopes that a move closer to town will appeal to the kids as they become teenagers but Gill's fond memories of her mum and the countryside on their doorstep mean that she can't imagine living anywhere else.

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer head to Strathaven, Lanarkshire to help Frank and Wilma decide whether to sell their four-bedroom family home or invest in it to make it work for them. Frank is firmly on Team Love It, having raised their two children there, he is convinced they still have many happy years to come in the house, while Wilma is ready to sell now that their kids have flown the nest.

31 January 2024 - Albrighton 2020 revisit

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer head back to Albrighton in Shropshire to catch up with Jamie Lea and Curtis. Back in 2019 they'd reached a stalemate after buying and doing up their three-bedroom terrace home. At the time, psychology student Jamie Lea wanted to settle down and enjoy family life with their daughter Scarlett and their soon-to-be-born second child. But Curtis had itchy feet and was constantly trawling the internet for their next doer-upper. He wanted a bigger house with a better garden in the countryside for their growing family.

07 February 2024 - Harrogate 2016 revisit

Phil catches up with Carol and Andrew from Harrogate, who he first met in 2016 when they were at loggerheads over their beautiful three-bedroom home. Back then, Team Love It Andrew's feet were 'set in concrete' and he was adamant that they couldn't find a better location for them and their two children. Carol on the other hand was ready to list. As well as the dated, cramped kitchen, she could see a not-so-distant future where her dad Dennis may need to move into a house that was already bursting at the seams.

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer head to Stockport to help Jacqueline and Renee who, in the last 14 years have fostered over 30 children, can't decide whether to renovate their already extended six-bedroom home to make it work for them or to sell and start new somewhere else

21 February 2024 - Clifford 2018 revisit

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer catch up with Paul and Vic in the Yorkshire village of Clifford to see if they decided to sell their home or renovate it. Back in 2018, Kirstie and Phil visited to see if they could help the couple make a decision, providing them with a plan to renovate with their budget of £42,000 and showing them a number of other houses that would work well for them
