Jamie shows three single women how food can help them attract a man. Recipes include risotto, grilled blue-fin tuna steak with new potato salad, and Portuguese tarts.

Jamie has known Stuart and Russell for 5 years and they're his builders who are renovating his flat. In the time they've known each other, Jamie has never cooked them a meal but he rustles them something up to say a big thank you for all their hard work. There’s a myth that models don’t eat fatty foods to keep their figures in trim.
