Synopsis

Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa are a real estate power couple. Over the past decade, Tarek has built a wildly successful house flipping business in Southern California — and Heather is one of the country’s most famous real estate agents. As a newly married couple, they’ve now combined their superpowers to expand their business and take on bigger and better flips. Tarek brings the flip knowledge and Heather brings an eye for high-end real estate. It's all about family as The Flipping El Moussas work together, learn together and grow together with Tarek's two kids and a new baby on the way.

Tarek and Heather look to update a cute cottage in the family-centered area of Cheviot Hills, California. But unbeknownst to them, there's another flipper a few doors down that could also put a home on the market and create some fierce competition!

Tarek and Heather take on a groovy 1960s flip in Southern California where midcentury modern architecture takes the forefront. Also, Tarek tries to find ways to pivot and slim down their backlog of inventory in the ever-changing real estate market.

27 April 2023 - Last Flip Before Baby

The countdown is on for Tarek and Heather as their next flip may not be finished until the same week the baby is due! Adding to the stress, unexpected and expensive changes drive up the costs on this storybook house that's almost one hundred years old.
