Synopsis
Unlike doctors, they cannot save patients’ lives. Unlike nurses, they cannot assist doctors. What they can do is stand by the patients and heal their hearts, oftentimes unnoticed. They are the nurse aides—the powers behind the scenes and unsung heroes of the medical sites. Their job does not require a license, their tasks are menial, and their medical knowledge may be limited.
