Synopsis

A small, jewel-like town in Mexico that embraces the seven-colored lakes. To the beautiful Bacalar, loved by travelers the snack bar "Jinny's Kitchen" opened. Korean street food such as gimbap, tteokbokki, and corn dogs! It is light and friendly, but now it is a menu that leads the Korean Wave. We go to people who are as passionate as the hot sun. CEO Lee Seo-jin, who is more serious about restaurant management than anyone else, Jung Yoo-mi, who was promoted to director, and Park Seo-joon, who was reborn as a kitchen powerhouse, Choi Woo-shik, who is still an intern, and Kim Tae-hyung, a new intern who is aiming for a full-time employee position! Welcome to the snack bar where sincere staff are waiting for you. A special taste and a fun time are with you with all your heart.

Even the rain comes to bless their grand opening. “The old Seo-jin is gone. He’s a boss now!” Meet them in Bacalar, a beautiful town by the lake.

As soon as Jinny’s Kitchen opens, it becomes one of the most popular restaurants in Bacalar. On Day 2, new menus are added to boost sales, and it works! Customers rush in, sales go up, and the boss beams. But then Yu-mi starts making mistakes and things start to get out of control. Intern Choi comes to the rescue, to the sink full of dishes! What’s happening to the reunited Jinny’s Kitchen?

Will they hit the jackpot or make no money at all?

Jinny’s Kitchen is becoming famous in town! As soon as they open, they have a full house+revisiting customers+regular customers. Will their second K-Spicy menu satisfy the spicy lovers’ palate? Tae-hyung in the kitchen VS Woo-shik in the service. The interns’ promotion competition begins. Being in charge of three menus now, Tae-hyung dreams of becoming a sous-chef. Will their dreams come true?

The harder the work, the sweeter the sales! 10,000 pesos will be a cakewalk! The staff lose their appetite and ingredients run low, but customers keep coming! After a tough day, the staff go on a hunger strike and get Jinny’s 3rd welfare benefit: A fun, reinvigorating jet ski break! On Day 7, tteokbokki is OUT and rice is IN. A big group shows up 2 hours before opening! Can they handle the rush?

After a half-day off, the staff are fully charged! With their perfect teamwork, nothing can seem to go wrong now. Then 3 tables are booked before opening! Big groups, revisitors, to-go orders, and even a rival restaurant owner? Welcome back to chaos! A spicy competition begins in Bacalar! After a never-ending customer rush, Day 7 finally ends. Will today’s sales put a smile on Seo-jin’s face?
