Robert K. Lambert is a Film editor and producer. Began career as assistant film editor for a commercial and animation company; David L. Wolper Productions, editor, beginning in 1986; also worked as second unit director, production executive, post-production supervisor, and editorial supervisor. Emmy Award nomination, outstanding achievement in film editing for entertainment programming for a special, 1976, for I Will Fight No More Forever; Emmy Award nomination (with Peter C. Johnson), outstanding individual achievement, and Eddie Award (with Johnson), best edited documentary, American Cinema Editors, both 1977, for Life Goes to the Movies; Eddie Award nomination (with others), best edited documentary, 1979, for The Secret Life of Plants; Emmy Award nomination, outstanding editing for a single-camera production of a miniseries or special, 1989, for The Hijacking of the Achille Lauro; Eddie Award nomination (with others), best edited episode from a television miniseries, 1989, for Shadow on the Sun; Eddie Award nomination, best edited episode from a television miniseries, 1991, for Women and Men: Stories of Seduction; Online Film Critics Society Award nomination, best film editing, 2000, for Three Kings.
